This Terms of Service agreement outlines the terms and conditions for users who register on simservers.io.
By confirming the information you receive in our email via confirmation email, WhatsApp message, or any other channel contained in the Service Level Agreement after registration, users agree to the terms set forth in this document.
For a smooth onboarding process, users should open an account with their preferred payment gateway.
Users are entitled to an onboarding session to set up their website at their convenience, not later than 2 weeks after the website has been delivered to them.
Security Features: Users agree to the security features provided by simservers.io. Our security measures are designed to protect user data and maintain the integrity of their websites.
User-Requested Changes: Any security changes requested by users or made by users are their own responsibility. simservers.io will not be held liable for any issues arising from user-initiated security modifications.
Security Disclaimer: While our security systems are robust and continuously improved, no security measure is 100% foolproof. simservers.io commits to using best practices and diligent efforts to secure user data.
The user agrees to schedule a one-hour onboarding session with the company.
Please refer to the Support Service Level prescription for instructions for escalation.
simservers.io will maintain user websites for specific issues relating to bugs, fixes, and connection interruptions.
Bugs include all features that are not working the way they’re meant to.
We maintain ownership of our codebase and, therefore, reserve the right to make updates as they come.
Any maintenance outside the scope will incur additional charges.
Availability: Our support team is available from 8 AM to 5 PM on business days. Emergency support is available at our discretion.
Service Management: Users are responsible for the management and upkeep of their services. This includes regular updates, backups, and any other necessary administrative tasks.
Complaint Handling: Any complaints should be made through the customer complaint medium on WhatsApp and not in the partners' group. See Service Level Agreement for more details.
Data Collection: simservers.io aims to limit the collection of users' personal login information.
User Guidance: We are available to guide users through troubleshooting and fixing issues independently.
Deviation from Policies: Any deviation from our standard security policies at the user’s request is done at their own risk, with no indemnity from simservers.io.
Refunds: Unless by an act of God, the issuance of a refund is at the complete discretion of the company.
Referral Bonus: Referral bonuses only vest once the referred party has been onboarded on the new product.
Regular Updates: simservers.io is constantly working to improve the site. Regular updates will be made, and users will be informed as these updates are implemented.
Emergency Support: Emergency support requests are handled at the discretion of simservers.io and may not be available outside of regular business hours.
Additional Clauses: Further terms and conditions may be added as necessary to cover any unforeseen circumstances or to address specific user needs.
